ManuMed GreenPoint respects the confidentiality of patient information and the privacy of website visitors. This website provides general practice information and includes an internal appointment-booking service, alongside links to messaging and mapping services.
Personal information
When you book on this website or contact the practice by telephone, WhatsApp or another communication channel, the information you provide may be used to arrange care, respond to your request, manage appointments, billing or administration, and meet professional or legal obligations.
Appointment booking and SMS reminders
The internal booking service stores the patient name, mobile number, optional email address, consultation type, appointment date and appointment time needed to reserve and manage the visit. The mobile number is used to send an appointment confirmation and reminder messages 2 days before, 1 day before and on the day of the consultation. Please do not enter detailed clinical information into the booking form.
Health information
Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive clinical information through general website or social messaging channels. The practice will advise when a more appropriate clinical consultation or secure method is required.
Third-party services
WhatsApp and Google Maps links may take you to third-party services with their own privacy terms. Appointment SMS messages are delivered through the practice’s SMS infrastructure. ManuMed does not control external messaging or mapping platforms.
Website data
This website may generate ordinary server logs such as IP address, browser type and requested pages for security, reliability and troubleshooting. We do not use this website to publish confidential patient information.
